Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept insurance. We accept most insurances and participate with Premera Blue Cross/Blue Shield, TriWest, and Medicare.
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 10 AM to 2 PM, Monday to Friday. We’re closed on Saturday & Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.
Is parking available at the office?
Yes, we have a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant, and street parking is also available. Valet parking is offered on weekends.
Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments without notice may result in a fee:
- New patient appointments: $75
- Establised patient appointments: $50
Please note that these fees are the patient’s responsibility and are not billable to insurance.
We understand that unexpected situations do arise, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
